The item is bent and welded in that way so cant be straightened ! It is a waste of money at this expensive price. Expected much better quality product from Deco !

Have given it 3 stars because I really like the design and finish. What I am shocked by is the fact that the screw that links the wall fixture to the medallion has been STUCK on with glue. 5 of the 6 pairs have fallen off and had to be affixed again. The least you could have done is soldered them together.

The product is very good. Discrete not too bling. Materials seem good as well. The only problem is the screws supplied. Really bad quality. Two screw heads snapped off while tightening . Really bad quality screws . Please fix this and it is a five star product .

Good in all ways

The price could be lower as compared to what I got Rs. 503 for 2 pcs set.

Well made, solid and strong (not flimsy), elegant design and finish. Liked them so much have bought a 2nd set.

I really like the final effect that these tie backs provided. They didn’t earn 5 stars because they are pretty cheaply made and one of the tie backs was threaded defectively and wouldn’t screw together. I only needed 3 so it worked, otherwise I would have had to order another set.
