Sooo soft! Not chunky though
This yarn is so lovely and soft – the nylon added to the acrylic really makes heaps of difference. I started with just 100% acrylic and the difference is night and day, will be difficult to go back now.As others have mentioned, it is advertised as chunky size, and it is definitely not. It’s likely double knot size instead. Otherwise, would recommend. If you found this review helpful, I would greatly appreciate it if you would click the ‘helpful’ button near this review. Nice
I am not a fan of unnatural yarn but this was practical as I would need it for rainy British weather. My elderly mother made a large beret from 200g yarn. It feels nice, but a bit heavy for a beret, but that is ok, as it can get windy so that is ok. It made a nice crocheted beret.

Lovely colour but terrible to crochet with
This yarn looks and feels wonderful but for crocheting it isn’t great. I found it separated very easily and turns unto string. Really not ideal.

This yarn splits
It is a lovely colour and very soft, however I found it splits terribly when doing anything other than rows of plain and pearl. The fibres all come apart very easily.

Easy to knit, lovely finish and so soft
I purchased this wool before reading the bad reviews and I thought the wool would be awful but I found the wool gave a beautiful knit. It knits so well and is so soft. Yes, if you don't knit straight between the needle and yarn, (well it's good knitting practice not to knit into the wool and split it! ) then I would agree, it does split. I did not have a problem at all when I knitted 2 cabled beanie hats for hubby and myself. If you look at my pictures, it shows how lovely it knits up. It does twist a bit, but if you find it annoying, then just pull the twist a bit further down the yarn. Looking at the wool, I think the twisting effect helps keep the wool in check, if not, it would just be lots of individual strands and how would it stay together? I used bamboo knitting needles and the ends are more rounded and less likely to pierce the wool. I don't know how it washes as I've not washed them yet.

Not as chunky as I expected
I thought chunky meant chunky like previously bought online. This was normal with a boost. I couldn't add to my current knit as far too slimline.Beautiful colour though.

Lovely wool
Crocheted a blanket and it's lovely and soft. Easy to crochet and the finished article has a nice weight to it. I did find a few knots in a couple of balls where the yarn had been joined but overall little to complain about.
