How should I hold the collapsible bath?

Considering its ease of use, it is recommend to keep it dry and store it in a clean indoor space. Prolonged outdoor placement of the bathtub may reduce its service life.

Why is any water remaining on the bottom? And how to drain it completely?

Due to the pressure of water against the bottom drain, a little water may still remain in the shower bath. You can pull the bottom part of the tub to create some space for drainage or flip the tub over when the water level drops to a lower level.

Is it suitable for children or seniors to use?

Sure, the free standing tub is suitable for children as it's no need to install. However, they must be closely watched and able to communicate clearly during use. Also, they should consider if the bathtub's height allows for easy entry and exit.

What should I do if there is a problem with the item after I receive folding bathtub?

If you have any questions after receiving our portable tub for adults, please send us! We promise to make every effort to solve this problem.
