Black Survivor Slim Protective Case for iPhone 6 Plus/6s Plus

Very nice case. Well worth the cost. Easy to grip the phone. A good balance between non slip but still able to slide into your pocket.

Fits well and has a surface that easy to grip. It adds some bulk to the phone but not too much to hold comfortably. The screen protector seems average. Instead I used a Moshi non glare screen protector.

Pros: Slim design provides a good grip on your hands colors are fun I trust griffin for drop protection (I have not drop my iPhone 6 plus). On my iPhone5 I had a griffin survivor all-terrain and dropped that thing more than 20 times without exaggerating and nothing ever happened to my phone) easy access to volume buttons, home button, and power button easy access to ear bugs-port, charging port (even a universal one fitted), and tiny holes for the volume doesn't interfere with microphone or speaker (t haven't had an issue with people not being able to hear me and vice versa) extra protection on phone's corners doesn't really pull on hair (may possibly create static because of the material but I haven't had an issue with my hair)cons: expensive volume on/off switch is difficult to reach lint attracting no dust or water spill protection (this could be problematic since iPhone's speakers go bad with dust & water) I don't trust the drop protection if iPhone lands flat on screen (I purchased Tech Armor Ballistic screen protector because of this) screen protector is flimsy and super difficult to install (poor quality, thin, lots of bubbles, can't be re-adjusted, and inappropriate size)If you don't mind bulky, I suggest you purchase the survivor all-terrain instead (I should have bought that one but my daughter hates bulky and is better to have some protection than none; she is 7 and would remove the all-terrain like she would do with her iPad)clear on blue color looks much better on a white iPhoneUpdated Review:I have dropped my phone quite a few times and nothing has happened to it. The drops have being accidental slips or knocking-off from sofas/nightstands and such. I wipe my case with alcohol to sanitize it and nothing has happened to it either (no fading).My daughter's iPhone wouldn't have survived if it wasn't for the ballistic proof screen protector I applied to the phone. I don't know how she dropped it, but the ballistic screen protector shattered as you can see in the picture. I'm thankful nothing happened to the phone.I'm keeping my original 4/5 stars because my phone has been protected even though I have dropped it multiple times.

This will add bulk, the main reason I like this case over others is that it is GRIPPY. It won't slide around the table which was my main concern because I lay my phone on the table and swipe a lot.

if you're a fan of griffin survivor products as I am this will greatly disappoint you. Yes it's called slim, but its simply just a cheap rubber wrap with a rigid case for some reason. I've always used griffins on my tablets and prior Iphones. This however isn't cutting it. I'm deployed to a sandy dusty area and this case simply isnt going to protect my phone. Every port is filling up with dust. Currently keeping it in a oakley sock until my life proof comes in. It would be helpful if they had pictures detailing that all the ports are not covered with flaps.

My biggest complaint is that the clear plastic film to go across the screen is tricky to apply: ear hole and camera whole require great precision, and the plastic bubbles easily, where bubbles cannot be squeegeed out. The result is air bubbles between the clear plastic cover and the face plate of my iPhone 6+, making it look like there are watermarks on the screen constantly.When I emailed Griffin about the bubbling film, they sent me a 3-pack of replacements free of charge. These have the same bubbling problem but worse...are translucent rather than clear. So my screen is now grainy, nullifying the iPhone 6+'s beautifully clear screen. Can't go back to the original clear screen, because it picked up every grain of dust nearby when taken off for replacement. I've ordered other cases and will probably return the Griffin Slim for a refund.There are deep holes in the shells for the "do not disturb" button, 30 pin power access, and headphones access. I cannot use one of my charging pins with a 30 pin converter for an older iPad2 because the access hole is too narrow to make the connection.Volume button covers and sleep covers on the side are minimal, requiring precise pressing to activate.No water protection or scratch protection for the above holes, nor for the camera on the back side.Side grips work really well. Inner and outer protective case is true to its name: slim!Dual shells do not inhibit the function of the phone for hearing, talking, using the external speaker, the front and rear camera, and the fingerprint function on the home button.Overall...disappointing.

This is the perfect case for me. It has a hard shell interior, and a soft rubber exterior and a shape that tapers slightly in the middle. It is almost impossible to drop. I had tried other cases that seemed to slip right out of my hand, but that will never be the story with this case. I had the same case on an earlier iPhone and did not hesitate to buy this when I found it on Amazon for my new phone. Great protection for my phone at a great price on Amazon!

First, the case seemed to be used. The silicone part had a tiny hole on it, and the plastic part seemed to have a chip in it or it's misshaped. I thought the case was going to be two plastic pieces, one with a clear screen protector built in it, that snapped around the phone and then the silicone bumper over that. But it's just a half a plastic case with the silicone over it with a screen protector on the side to cover the screen. I don't feel like the protection is as high without something holding the phone under the silicone. Not what I expected

Ich finde diese rundum Gummihülle total super, was mir nur fehlt ist der Staubschutz und das vordere Plastikteil von innen.Ich habe ein Bild beigefügt, wo ich sage, das war eine echt super / top Hülle,das hat all meine Wünsche zum Schutz meines Handys erfüllt .Zuerst wird das Handy in einer Hartschale eingelegt, schon mal Schutz vorne und hinten und dann in einer komplett rundum Gummihülle gesteckt so ähnlich wie diese, also doppelter rundum Schutz für mein Handy und dann kommt noch der Staubschutz dazu (sehe Bild).Dazu kann ich einfach nur sagen, super!👍Sicher hat Griffin Survivor so etwas ähnliches, aber damit bin ich nicht zufrieden, denn wenn das mal runter fallen sollte, dann kann die Aussenschale die vorne an das Gummi geklickt wird abspringen und sogar das Handy aus der Hülle fallen👎, aber bei dieser Hülle (sehe Bild) unmöglich, weil das komplett in der Hülle drin istEs wäre schön, wenn so eine Hülle für alle anderen und neue Modelle / Generationen wieder hergestellt wird.Jeder hat seine wünsche, was eine Hülle braucht, um sein Handy so gut es geht zu schützen.So wie ich auch!😉😊Und weil es derzeit nicht genauso eine Hülle gibt wie wie ich es mir vorstelle, nehme ich erstmal diese, weil sie meiner alten ähnelt.Diese rundum Gummihüllen, so wie meine alte oder diese, sind einfach nur Top.👍

Les iPhones étant de plus en plus fragile, j'ai opté après de longue recherche pour cette coque d'une marque connue.Je n'en suis pas déçu, très résistante la conception est ingénieuse.Une première coque rigide vient protéger l'appareil telle une armure, puis une seconde peau épaisse en silicone enveloppe le tout.Mon téléphone n'a toujours pas eu de soucis en deux mois, et il a pourtant encaisser quelques chutes, la coque ne se casse pas, le silicone ne se désagrège pas, la poussière ne semble pas être un souci non plus.Les boutons sont très facilement accessible, et répondent très correctement, je n'irai pas jusqu'à dire mieux qu'avec le smartphone à nu, mais je n'ai pas peur de les casser. Les conversations téléphoniques avec ou sans haut-parleur ne s'en voient pas altérer, tout comme pour la musique.La connectique est accessible, et il n'y a pas d'ombre sur les photos (front & back), comme d'autres coques mal conçues.Avantage de la seconde peau, il devient antidérapant, n'ayez plus peur de le laisser sur une surface pentue et glissante !Ce qui peut-être un atout dans certains cas, peut se révéler être un inconvénient dans d'autres cas, la taille du téléphone s'en voit augmentée, c'est une concession à faire pour protéger durablement un appareil à ce prix.Attention cependant le côté anti-dérapant avec un iPhone 6 Plus peut le rendre difficile à glisser dans une poche étroite.Si je ne devais prendre en compte que la protection, je dirais que je n'aurais pas peur d'avoir à briser une vitre avec mon iPhone.Le prix et le service Amazon permettent d'avoir un produit d'une excellente qualité très rapidement !Je recommande ce produit.
