It arrived 2 days earlier than it was due, everything is well packed and the delivery guy was very helpful carrying it to where it needed to go.Instructions are very clear but even tho i am good at diy jobs, i must admit there were a lot of swearing and sweat building this bed. Its not a 1 person job, i had to ask the wife to give me a hand and be prepared to spend at least 4hrs building this bed.Once built, is very firm and beautiful.My daughter (11years old) absolutely loves it. She is a tall girl for her age and the bed size is just perfect.

Fab bed that fits in my 9yr old sons very small box room. Wasted storage space round the back of the bed, however we have made this into a den which he loves. Very sturdy apart from the steps that creak when an adult climbs them.

This bed is fantastic my 9 year old daughter loves it and she is the envy of her pals for having such a cool bed.Great instruction manual with easy well illustrated instructions. Each piece is well labeled would highly recommend.
