I've now had this unit for two years and its kept up very well during some hot summers (90+ temps). I appreciate the auto temperature on/off feature, which is pretty standard but my other unit does not have it. Average noise level.

My unit was delivered with some damage but the unit still worked good. Looking at the heat wave that was coming, my family didn’t want to wait for replacement. Overall my unit is working fine and we are comfortable today in 90+ degree weather. In NY. The installation was easy and the unit is a moderate weight.

Quiet operation. Good cooling. Don't forget to wash off the filter once per month - very important to keep the unit clean for long life.

I have purchased this AC. It doesn't work, it barely blows any air. My fan blows harder then this. I have reached out to the company about returning it. You would have to go through a manufacturer in order to return this item for free. BUYERS BEWARE. IF YOU NEED TO RETURN ITEMS FROM TO COMPANY THEY WILL MAKE YOU PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING IF YOU DON'T GO THROUGH A MANUFACTURER TO PROVE SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THEIR ITEM. DO NOT BUY. THEIR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE IS DISGUSTING. THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE A STAR.

Great quality AC. Worked perfectly in living room/kitchen area. Highly recommended.

I love ours and it saves a bunch on eletric. I love how it shuts off when it reaches temperature

The product is pretty good. A bit loud and barely sufficient for about 500 sq feet room. If I did it again, I would probably go for 14K btu. The product arrived in the box that was not just damaged but almost demolished. The unit though was not damaged, so I did not ask for replacement. THe carrier (UPS) left the unit at the wrong apartment and my 82 yo mother had to drag this heavy demolished box across a long hall. I complained to UPS but got some pre-coocked answer.

I was trying to get this unit before the hot days and there was an issue with the payment since I added a new card for this purchase but the real issue was when the unit arrived, we had no idea that we would need to upgrade our electrical system to accommodate. We have the unit installed but never got to use it during this season. No idea how it works yet.
