Marksman 24"-37" Heavy Duty Lever Action Anvil Lopper with Telescopic Extending Handles

Great seller. Item arrived earlier than expected and well packaged. Lopper is great - very good value - half the price of others and did not disappoint! As advertised - Good quality, sturdy and with extending handles it is ideal. Appears heavy at first but when holding upright it does not notice at all so obviously well balanced tool. Not sure what is meant by lock feature - presume this is in relation to the locking of the extending handles, which makes it easy to use and does hold extension in place. Overall, really pleased with this item.Footnote: just realised what meant by locking mechanism. When opening, the anvil does lock into place too!

Great for usefulness, but we found that when working at full stretch, the small "beak" on the end makes you really pull handles apart and that can be uncomfortable at full stretch, better to not have the beak possibly?

The cutter could've been good if the blade was flush to the nose. When using the nose to pull down a stem, cutting it will only cut the stem halfway through causing the stem to dangle down. It annoyed me so much that I will be returning this. Apart from that everything is fine, sharp blade, good length. It's a twist and lock telescopic handle, so depending on how you use your arm twist the handle in the same direction that your arm may turn, otherwise the handle will unlock and side back up.

Excellent delivery, good product but only gave 4 stars due to similar problems to other purchasers, when extended it does colapse too easily and is very frustrating. This product is brilliant for doing the intended job and l am quite happy with this loper other than the little problem
