I made this purchase to replace another model that had given up the ghost. I ordered it on a Wednesday and received this toothbrush the next day; a day earlier than expected. The price that I paid was an excellent value. I got to try it this morning for the first time. The feel, weight, and functionality of this unit is very similar to that of other models that I have used in the past. The construction seems sturdy and the ease of use is excellent. It did an outstanding job in cleaning my teeth - certainly better than can be done with a manual model. As long as it continues to perform in this manner, I will buy another when I am in the market to do so and I will recommend it to others looking for a sonic toothbrush. The battery is supposed to last up to 3 weeks but I can't verify this due to the short time that I have owned it. I will return to provide an update in time. Durability is also unknown due to having owned this for too short of a time. The feel seems like it will hold up but I will again return and update this in time as well. Cleanup is a snap.Update: I have had this toothbrush now for 2 weeks. So far the battery has held up as promised and I have not needed to charge it, even when brushing at least twice a day. This is much better than the last brand that I had.My only minor complaint is that the on/off button is a little too sensitive to accidentally hitting it when rotating it in my hand to brush various quadrants of my teeth. I tend to accidentally shut it off when brushing but then I just turn it back on, and after the remaining quadrants are cleaned, I simply turn it off when done. Overall, it's working great.

I'm not going to lie to you. I came into this very skeptical and non-believing. However, this product has exceeded my expectations. One thing I always hated about electric toothbrushes was that they needed batteries (or at least the ones I bought in the past).I applaud this brand for creating a device that only requires a wall outlet. It does have a USB cord, but also comes with a USB charger. I usually brush my teeth 4 to 5 times a day, and I do that because my teeth never really feel or looks clean, so I go back later to see if I can remove more plaque off my teeth.The first time I used this electric toothbrush, I was amazed. In one 2-minute interval, my teeth felt and look so much cleaner. It was squeaky clean on the first pass. I couldn't stop smiling in the mirror to see how my teeth have transformed. That day I replaced my manual toothbrush with my new electric toothbrush as a permanent fixture in my daily oral regimen.Okay, let's get into these so-called features. Don't get me wrong this is a solid product, however, I was to believe that the 5 functions actually did something different from one another. Not true at all. The speed on each function is different but as far as the whitening, clean, polish, gum, and cycle. This device only does one thing, and that is clean your teeth really well. Do not expect for each of these functions to perform anything different. They all do the same thing. Clean and that's it.I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is looking for an electric toothbrush that will cut down the time you spend on getting your teeth nice and clean. This is a must-have product. You should definitely try it.

I've been using and buying replacement Oral B's for years now and just grew tired of the expense of replacement heads and have noticed that the toothbrush itself isn't lasting as long as the previous one, or working as well.This is a great one. First, it's really a lot nicer looking than the Oral B. Seems like the Oral B has been the same model with different color plastic for decades now. Kinda clunky and not so nice looking. Plastic 'metal trim'. This is lightweight, slim, fits in your hand nicely and a nice dark grey and white.I haven't had it long, but so far I would say that it also cleans my teeth better. The first of the Oral B's I bought, years ago, really cleaned my teeth like I just got them cleaned at the dentist. As time went by, the cleaning wasn't near as good (maybe if you bought the 'top of the line' ones, they were better)? This brings me back to the 'old days' of smooth clean teeth.Oh, and you can charge it with a USB port or AC. Handy for traveling and home.A lot less expensive, too. Now, I can't speak to how long it'll last, but right now, I'm very happy and won't be going back to the clunky Oral B's with the totally overpriced heads. Oh, they give you 2 free heads, too, if you go to the facebook page they send in a coupon for a total of 4 heads with your purchase. Nice.

I am really glad I purchased this. I gave it a full charge as soon as I received it. I gave 4 stars re: battery as it’s only been 3 days.Update battery is still doing great. Really cleans teeth and gums.I highly recommend this product and mueller is a wonderful company that assisted me regarding toothbrush heads. I don’t use Facebook but was helped via phone. Don’t pass up this product and for the older reviews disregard them because they are OUTDATED and there are replacements!!UPDATE AUGUST 15/20 for the people who seem to have complaints regarding changing the type of cleaning it’s rather easy turn it on remember what # clean/ polish etc after turning it on simply push button to the one you want. Also if you are pushing too hard it will stop for a sec until you Don’t apply pressure let the brush do that.Please everyone reading old reviews try reading the recent ones before making any decisions because it’s a good product and as it Is well worth it. YES you can get replacements brushes thru mueller. They respond ASAP
