Comfortable when worn. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It works very well *by D***V on 13 July 2024* I've had 3 surgeries for cubital tunnel in both elbows, with a possible 4th coming. The biggest issue is at night where I bend both elbows. I've tried a few braces over the years as well a using a towel followed by a tensor bandage. I decided to try this brace and wasn't disappointed. Like all braces, you need to get used to sleeping with it and finding the right fit. This brace is smaller than the brace I was using before and way more comfortable. The key is finding the right tightness and position. I will admit that at first, I struggled. Sometimes it was too tight and other times I'd wake up and find that it was at my wrist, like a bracelet. I even removed it in my sleep and woke up to find it beside it. After a couple of weeks, I found the right compression and I wake up pain free.
