Works great. Easy to install.
This is great! It fit my Samsung wf331anw washing machine. The old one was in pieces and wouldn't lock the door. If the door doesn't lock, it won't wash the clothes. I saved so much money and got it done faster than if I had to wait for a repairman to fix it. There were plenty of videos available online to walk me through taking the old one off and putting the new one on. It has been on the washer for a couple months now and is still doing its job. -A thrifty lady

Only Semi-Working... Not Reliable
Similar to others... part stopped working in less than 2 months. I have to hold the washer door in during the lock cycle so that the wash would proceed and start. There were a few times when it would not unlock also and had to unplug washer and plug back in. The part was relatively easy to install, priced well, and shipped quickly; but don't expect it to last long. You get what you pay for sometimes with these things!

Fixed my Samsung washer
Wiring plugged right in and everything lined up for the front of the washer. Only reason I didn’t give five stars is I had to modify the protective cover that attaches to the back of it. In the end in my 9 year old washer is fixed and for the price of this part you can’t beat that.
