Rosin Core Solder Wire for Electrical Soldering(0.8mm/50g),

Been using this for small electronics work and it’s been performing well. The solder flows nicely and the rosin core does a good job helping the joints wet properly. The 0.8mm size is a good middle ground for most of the soldering I do, from small components to general wiring. My only complaint is the roll size. It’s a 50g spool and I wish they offered a 100g version since I tend to go through it pretty quickly. Other than that it’s been solid quality.

My old solder was OLD. I failed to realize until using this solder, that it (the old stuff) either had a high melting point or perhaps because it was so old it took much higher heat to melt than this solder. This solder is easy to melt (around 400F), flows smoothly and holds in place - and most importantly, I suppose, conducts as it should. The small diameter of the wire makes it quite easy to work with in small places. Bottom line: Good price, easy to work with for small points and works well.

Good solder that doesn't break the bank

This a good quality product. Melts easily and bonds strongly. Did some speaker wires to banana plugs and am quite happy with the result. The price is pretty good too make it a great Value for Money.
