How accurate is this model?

I've tested this model on the bench, and throughout its cardinal points, it is accurate within .025% Far better than some other brands.

Does this torque wrench 7502MRMH 3/8-Inch drive come with a protective case, or is the case extra?

I bought a 3/4 drive and it came with a protective case. Don't know about the 3/8 drive.

How long is the warranty? The description states that it is "for the usable life of the product" but one of the reviews says the warranty period is for 1 year from the date of manufacture.

I just check my card and its 1 year. I would not worry though, its a great tool and now that its less than $100.00 through Prime its hard to beat. We have 2 Snap-On trucks in this area and one told me she would take care of it if ever needed. I'm guessing that any negative reviews might be from people thinking you can use it just as a regular ratchet. Its a delicate, extremely accurate tool designed to measure inch pounds. As long as you treat it as such you should be fine. Good luck!
