Haverland Designer TT RC12TT 1500 watt Energy Efficient Wall Mounted Electric Radiators with Timer

Compared to the old fashioned Dimplex electric heating systems, Haverland bury them.Aesthetically they are unsurpassed, I have an RC12TT and it is so simple to use.Why these haven't taken off here is a flipping mystery to me.

This heater is excellent , I bought this to replace our storage heater so pleased with it we bought another for our front room.

Nice looking radiator, easy to install using the cardboard template, quite complicated to program the timer but eventually managed it, The cable comes out from the right side so it limits the positioning options. Overall a good heater, I'll wait a few months to see how it performs , I might consider getting another for another room. Knocked one star off for the complicated programming and limiting cable length/position.

After having these a year, the plastic cracks on the top, which holds the side control panel on. Also Haverland themselves have a disgusting approach of customer service. Instantly blaming the customer of mis-use and not admitting there is a fault in their design

These are intended to save electricity. In my opinion they have 1 big design flaw - let us assume a program is set for 5pm to 10pm. At 4:30pm it is getting cold so you press the manual on button. Now you have to remember at some time between 5pm and 10pm to turn off the manual button. If you forget, the heater will remain ON forever until you turn it off. All other heaters I have had automatically reverted to program at next time slot (which makes sense) . These do not, so costing a lot of money to heat the house all night when not intended. i emailed Haverland and got a snotty email back - not impressed with Haverland or their heaters. And YES they are also noisy too - really loud click.

These heaters look better than others but constantly click loudly. It's not the metal expanding its a component part inside. I'd avoid haverland and buy an alternative brand.

He comprado dos emisores térmicos de doce elementos cada uno para una superficie abierta de unos cuarenta metros. En mi zona en estos momentos 10:43 AM estamos a l3º. Mi hijo los ha programado manualmente a 21,5º, los estrenamos ayer, día 22, y no solamente caldeó la estancia rápidamente, sino los dormitorios adyacentes, y personalmente, aunque no pretendía ir en manga corta, tampoco tuve que recurrir a las prendas abrigadas que me eran imprescindibles anteriormente. Los apagamos de noche. Esta mañana al encenderlos a las 6:30 AM han empezado a tomar temperatura rápidamente y antes de las 7:00 AM ya estaba comodísima con el pijama y una bata.Los paquetes, grandes y pesados, han llegado tres días más tarde de lo anunciado, pero comprendo que con la pandemia y las navidades la mensajería esta desbordada.Estoy muy satisfecha con la compra, con las facilísimas instrucciones de montaje, con la profesionalidad del vendedor que contestó a mi pregunta con anterioridad a la compra, con el repartidor de GLS por su amabilidad, y muy orgullosa de que estos emisores térmicos que tanto me satisfscen se los haya podido comprar a una empresa española.

No entiendo las críticas. Lo he instalado en Sierra Nevada y ni ruidos...ni luz cegadora de display...se ha acabado el frío. De golpe. No puedo decir otra cosa que verdaderamente es un acierto. Extraordinaria la plantilla para la instalación. 100% acierto

Ha durado el producto 3 meses y poco. Lo justo para que no pueda devolverlo. Ha empezado a perder el líquido que tiene en el interior, y está inservible. Además, tengo problemas en contactar con el vendedor para reclamarle.
