This one is excellent, sliced & lightly toasted or just warmed up. It's fresh and perfect texture.

This isn’t quite the Ciabatta you might expect as it is flatter than what many grocery stores carry and tends to have bigger hollows in the loaf. But there is nothing quite as good as the aroma of bread baking in your oven. As the instructions state, I let thaw in the fridge until I was ready to bake it a few days later, then back in the fridge after two days on the counter wrapped in foil. These LaBrea breads have no preservatives, but my loaf kept very well for 2 weeks. Certainly not as good as home made-from-scratch, but pretty darn good for 15 minutes of “slaving” over your hot oven !!

Delicious bread

I get this delivered and it is frozen. It is one of my favorites in that it has a good fresh bread flavor. It's repeat for me.

It's pretty good but it's not worth all the 5 stars it's getting. It's good, but it's not like epic or anything, i've had better and I've had worse… It's good, but it's not good just by itself you gotta do stuff to it. I don't know, I'm a 52 and it cracks me up when these people give 5 stars but then say things they don't like about it. If you didn't like something about, it why on earth are you giving it 5 stars? I mean as far as Gen X is concerned, 3 stars is what you give something when it's exactly what you expected it to be. So, this is bread, I toasted it, and it tasted like basic ciabatta. So 3 stars. Nothing wrong with it but there's nothing special about it... although I would probably agree with the guy saying it's the best bread ever if you're high, but you know, duh.

I love that I can just have fresh bread in 10 minutes that tastes amazing and has the best ingredients. 5 stars
