I love the Elixers at The Light Cellar in Calgary and was so sad that I could no longer enjoy them when we moved to the US 18 months ago.I was so excited to hear about this book and bought it through the crowdfunding site. Every elixir is delicious and it has my all-time favourite recipe for a delicious savoury mushroom elixir.I’m back in Canada for a visit and will be heading to The Light Cellar to enjoy some new elixirs this week. this is my new favorite "cookbook" and I am OBSESSED with all the amazing recipes in here! You need a lot of superfood ingredients to make most of the potions. But if you're into upleveling your health on a regular basis, you should get this book and all he suggests. I'm so inspired!
