Really smooth and tasty.
This turned out perfect and is very crisp (addition of 150g sugar added straight to brew before bottling was perfect carbonation). Very happy with end result.Brewed in warm weather (25°c) so constant temp. Would recommend

A bit disappointed. I followed the instructions to the letter and brewed a clear lager with a good head. On the taste front even though it reached the target gravity it was a little sweet for my taste. In future I will stick to brewing beer.
