If I had known this was for a costume , I would have never bought them. And at a size 16-18 this might has well been for an infant! Sad.

I was weary about buying these at first, especially since they are one size (and I am a larger girl), and it said that they were white....Well, I must say, I was pleasantly surprised! They did indeed fit, and I wear a size 14-16 in jeans (depending on the brand) currently. Also, the color was more of a cream/off-white color, so I didn't even have to do my plan of tea/coffee-staining them to make them not white!I wore them underneath a ruched skirt for a steampunk outfit at Emerald City Comic Con this year, and I know I will be wearing them again in the future! Well worth the price, and will be making repeat appearances in my costume adventures.

The pantaloons were a perfect fit. I wore under a hoop skirt dress for an 1800 costume party - I was afraid that the hoop skirt would fly up and show my underwear! They were lightweight but not sheer. More of a muslin color than white, they were perfect. I would definitely recommend these.UPDATE- these pantaloons are now being worn for the 4th time. This time by my mother, who is more of a size 10 than an 8 like me. We both wear petite sized clothes and they are the perfect length. We are going on a pirate ship in St Augustine, and an extra layer of warmth will be good for her, or it the wind blows her costume skirt over her head - at 88 years old she would be mortified.Excellent buy.

Definitely a good buy for the money. The only thing that bothers me is that the photo shows them a bright white which is what I wanted. They actually are an ivory color. Nothing wrong with it and I will keep it, it's just not what I thought I was going to receive.

Needed these for underneath my hoop skirt--just in case of mishap on the dance floor! And, while I did not experience a fall, another poor woman did and did not get the message about undergarments--Oops! These are a soft material and fit well--not wiggling at the waist, perfect leg length. covered everything necessary in case of a fall. Nice lace touches on the edges that I will embellish with small ribbons to match my dress next time. Not white but cream colored FYI.

Order a larger size and it still was a little small

They fit ok, but they sure are see-through (and that's not what I was looking for). Not white, but off-white/yellowish. Will work for what I wanted them for.
