Quatish - 5 Piece Travel Utensils with Case, Cutlery Set

This little set is so great. They’re lightweight, the color is beautiful (they actually change color when using!), they’re durable, versatile, easy to clean, and a great price! We have several sets for the kids and my lunch. Recommendation them, and surprisingly, the kids take better care of them because they’re nice and because they come in a pouch and they don’t want to lose them.

I really like this little cutlery set. I've been using it for lunches and I like that everything comes together in one compact case. The case itself is nothing fancy, but it does its job and keeps everything together and clean inside my lunch bag. The utensils are made from 18/8 stainless steel, meaning roughly 18% chromium and 8% nickel. That's a good, commonly used grade of stainless steel for cutlery because it's corrosion resistant, durable, and well suited for food contact. The actual utensils are surprisingly functional too. They're a good length, the spoon is deep and large enough to actually eat with, the fork is pointy enough to grab food properly, and the chopsticks work great. Even the knife has small serrations that cut reasonably well for something designed as portable lunch cutlery. My only hesitation is the black finish. I personally would have preferred plain, uncoated stainless steel. The product is described as having a polished black finish, but I couldn't find reliable information explaining exactly how that black finish is applied or what type of coating it is. It may be perfectly fine, but I'd rather the manufacturer clearly state whether it's PVD, electroplated, or another type of finish. That aside, I've had no problems with the finish so far and the set has worked great. It's compact, practical, feels decent in the hand, and gives you pretty much everything you need for lunch in one little package. I'd give it 5 stars based on my experience so far, with the undisclosed black finish being my only real question mark.

Bought to use for work lunches. Easy to wash, looks good, does not feel too flimsy. Liked it so much bought a second set to keep in car in case of eating out / impromptu camping. May get another set for wifey
