Very good product and timely installation. Have been using the product for 9 months now and faced no problem with it. No noise, pure water, good stealth design and filtration speed is also good.

Very good product best in under sink water filter for home

The RO worked fine for a few months but has been not working since about a month and half now. Initially there was no problem but then this is the second time that it is not working and now they have told me that there is a problem with the PCB. And have been waiting for the same since about a month now. The build quality is ok and the water also was good. But the problem that a new RO keeps breaking down makes me feel it was not worth it to purchase such an expensive RO. However, i must mention that the procedure of the company to provide service is a good one. Neither do they close an existing call without an OTP from the customer nor do they they reschedule one without it. That I really liked. However, if an active complaint has been in the system for more than a month, there should be an intimation atleast if not an action from their end. All they say is that they themselves are waiting for the PCB to arrive. Will update if anything changes.

I had ordered this for my home and the product was delivered on time as expected! As part of this product, the installation service is also included in the cart. After the delivery the brand's installation team for my city called me and booked an appointment for the next day. But on the day of installation there was no update from them and I had to call them to check the status. This is when they are asking me whether all the provisions like Tap and an electric socket are ready in the spot of installation. I confirmed the same that its available, but the service people told me they cannot drill a hole on the counter top (they don't have the skilled people to drill) so the hole need to be made by me and only then they can install the machine. I was surprised by this statement because that is the whole point of installation for this product, other than that its just another water purifier. This statement is never mentioned in the product specifications nor while buying this! And it was the brand's own service/installation team! Even they don't support this and its not mentioned anywhere in the product page. So if you are going to buy this make sure to have the below things. 1. Dedicated water supply point below the sink 2. Electric wall socket below the sink 3. A hole in the counter top for fitting the tap, anywhere near the sink 4. A drain provision to let the waste water out Please buy this product only if you have these things ready, else please go for a normal purifier. Even the brand's own team doesn't support with these things if you don't have it and you might be ended up in returning the product. I request the sellers on Amazon to please post this provision requirements along with the product, so people buy only after reading them clearly. And a request to the Brand, If you don't have proper skilled people to install/service your product, please don't sell the product.

Great product, have been using it for almost a month now. The water tastes really good. Easy to use, technicians were quick to resolve the issues from setting up the purifier to helping us with the details. Great performance and value for money in the under sink category.

Product is good as the build quality is good. The RO is proper purification of the water. No issues found after months of use. The installation was smooth and dis not need to do much of following up. If you looking for a RO for under the sink then you can go for it as it is value for money worth the price
