Stern’s Customer Service is slow.
Warning to those who are looking at buying this machine - DO NOT ORDER IT HERE. Order a new pinball machine from a dealer. Stern Pinball has been having a LOT of problems and their customer service is nearly nonexistent. When you order this from a dealer, you have some help when things break - AND THEY WILL BREAK! I love this game so much, but it has been nothing but problems right out of the box. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT ORDER A NEW PINBALL MACHINE FROM THIS SITE. Stern has BEEN GREAT, just slow to respond. The extra support from the dealer has been valuable.

Heavy item. Need 2 people to put legs on
Great item. Took 2 of us to get it in the house. Remember to wipe the balls off before installing. Great customer service. Free play or cash play possible. Fun to play.
