Wide Shelves Set of 2

These shelves are great for my plants. You need to find a stud in the wall to make sure they can hold the plant but these shelves are nice and wide and are very sturdy. The assembly for them was easy they include a little level so you make sure they are level while putting them up. The value is great for what I paid for them. I would buy again!

Honest review. Pros: Extend out 12in vs the other 6in narrow options out there. Fast, easy installation with simple instructions. Includes screws and dry wall anchors (but I dont trust their anchors at all) Cons: Included drywall anchors are very cheap and will not hold in the drywall. I would not trust them. Order some proper ones that are rated for a heavier weights and screw into the drywall for a better hold. Price is quite steep for what you get even at the sale price discount for $40usd. I chose to go this route vs building my own to save time and effort. Overall, I found these to be the best option for my needs on amazon for the price and keeps me from having to, get out the trailer, go to the hardware store, buy plywood and spend the time cutting, measuring for longer, more sturdy versions. If you need light weight, functional storage space around the house (or like in my case above the closet) these will do the trick. It would be nice if they made a longer version with an added L bracket to put in the center for wider items but this could reduce the weight capacity further, but worth a thought. Would I buy again? Yes, and I plan to do so to finish my storage needs and keep the current look. I will update if any strength issues arise.

These are the perfect shelves so hold all of the snacks that just wouldn’t fit on the top of the fridge anymore. I guess we just have too much cereal and there wasn’t any room for all of the snacks me and my kid have. I wanted shelves that were wider in the depth area since I have the red basket of snacks on the top shelf. I wanted to make sure there would be enough room for everything and these are truly perfect for our needs. They’re also the perfect length since we only had so much room to work with. I may end up getting more for other parts of the house. They’re sturdy, they were super easy to put up, they look great and they can hold so much. I’m definitely very happy with my purchase!

We ripped out some cabinets to make open concept in our kitchen, but we still wanted the storage of the cabinets. Although they do not hold as much as cabinets, obviously, they do hold quite a bit. They hold about 12 normal sized coffee mugs on each shelf. I have mine stacked in four columns of three months and there is still about three or 4 inches at the end of the shelf so it doesn’t feel like they’re falling off. They were easy to install and our sturdy for the coffee mugs I use on them.

So, they are shelves, and you can use them. But- The material the shelves are made of is either balsa or some sort of formed wood. With a decent calcium diet and 10 minutes you could scratch all the way through, and not see a single splinter. Also, no guide holes for screw placement as you normally get - and if the screwdriver slips you have a dent in your new shelf (reference former point)

Okay for the record, these do not actually float. I don't know what they were thinking. When they said that they screw to the wall, so you have to put a couple of screws into your wall.But then they'll hold anything up to the size of what the shelf is rated for and will fit on the platform

First of all I would never put 40lbs (as displayed on the store page) on these shelves because I know they would warp and fail over time. The wood, if you can call it that, may be one notch above balsa if it isn't actually balsa. I mean seriously, if you wanted to show off your sweet karate skills, this is the type of wood you would want to break with two fingers. Really disappointed with the quality and will eventually replace with some different wood. I purchased the dark walnut (color only) if that makes a difference. We will only put very light weight items on it for now until I can upgrade it. I would keep looking for shelving if I did it over again.

Used this to move my WIFI router to a more central location & higher up. Does the job & looks great. The shelves are finished nicely, the brackets are sturdy and the hardware that comes with the shelves is also black so it all blends nicely. I used different anchors (25 lb rated) to mount it to the wall just because of preference. I'm quite sure the ones that came with it would be sufficient to hold the router I put on it Easy install. The shelf secures to the brackets by 2 screws underneath each bracket, so no worries about the shelf falling off. The brackets mount to the wall with 1 screw in each side. Took me about 10 mins total from unboxing, through assembly, measuring/leveling and mounting. I read the reviews before purchasing. Some people had concerns about quality out of the box and/or receiving the wrong brackets. Fortunately that wasn't my experience. Haven't had them long, so I can't speak to long term quality. I'm using them to hold office equipment that won't get touched often, so I'm not overly concerned about potential wear. I'm very pleased with these shelves and would consider purchasing again.

These floating shelves were a great addition to my bathroom as they added more vertical storage to a small room. The rustic wooden finish has a very warm feeling and paired with the finishes of my bathroom well. I don't usually store too much weight on these shelves aside from a few perfume bottles and towels, but they feel durable and hold weight well.

Decent sized for storage of different items. Using my studio to organize camera equipment. Don't use the wall plugs buy better wall grip anchors. I used the cobra self drilling.

Bought two sets for on-suite. Excellent choice. Size is great for being able to arrange in a variety of ways. Work great for smaller collectibles . Light weight an easy to hang. Very slight wood smell that doesn't last long. No finish so no sickening paint or varnish smell. House has MCS sufferer. Will buy again when remodeling another room.
