It's a cooling pad, simple as that.
It works as it's intended. Would be quite hard to screw up something as simple as a powered fan.However, I do have a few quarrels with the quality of the product. It was just plonked into a box, so no exquisite sturdy packaging. There was just an USB cable and the cooling pad itself. No manual which, although you'd think you wouldn't need, might come in handy. Plugging in the cooling pad apparently seemed to do nothing. I'm accustomed to ones with simple buttons, so it didn't hit me at first that scrolling the wheel is required to turn it on. A wheel instead of a button for on/off is a bit of a hindrance, but nothing extreme.Secondly, it seems that either their bad design or a fault in my unit, has caused there to be a pointy section of the mesh frame cover directed downwards near my body. I've scratched my hand there a few times and my clothes have gotten stuck to it, so definitely not ideal. Talking about the design, the angled corners don't make for a very comfortable experience.The fan noise level is quite noticeable in contrast to how little airflow it generates.Definitely better options out there.

It was fine in the beginning. Really served the purpose but with time I think the fan speed decreased which is why it isn't much effective anymore.
