How far from plants will be safe

Since LED lights produce far less heat compared to other types of lights, plants can tolerate LED lights being much closer. A general rule is that LED lights should be about 12-30 inches from the top of your plant.

Can i use this with a 60w floor lamp? Its an older model as well

These grow lights are only 9 watts. I use them in all my lamps that are near my houseplants. I also have an older lamp I purchased at a thrift store.
