a nice book as it has always been, amazing for pharmacists

Missing many chapters that became online but not accessible without subscription! You feel you don't get the whole package. Not printing these chapters to spare the extra volume is a valid argument only for the hard copy. But for kindle copy this is without purpose.Even if the contents are great, it is incomplete.

Only wish the publishers would have split this book into two!! It’s heavy, too heavy to sit on the treadmill and too heavy to be carried on a daily basis. Other then that … it’s a book!

This textbook is great if you have the Casebook that goes with it.
