Yes, this is the correct OEM horn for a 2002 2500HD
This is an AC Delco OEM replacement horn kit. Amazon says this will not fit a 2002 Silverado 2500HD, but it does fit and has the correct OEM part number, so Amazon is wrong. A simple replacement and necessary, as my original horn had completely rusted away. Attach the L bracket to the horn, plug the pigtail in to the horn and the harness, and use the original screw to re-attach to the truck and you're done. It's easier to get to if you take the fender well liner out, but even if you don't it's still a 5 minute job.

As advertised. I liked that I could use the OE connector plug. Itโs not as loud as I would have hoped.

Easy installation
This was for my โ02 Silverado. The high note horn has not worked since I bought the truck used. I was tired of my truck sounding like a clown car, so, I bought this horn kit. Everything you need is in the kit. It literally took 5 minutes to install.
