The 1967 Corvette was the fifth and final year for a body style that began in 1963. Production issues delayed the new body and the Corvette design group tried to do something with an already four year old design. They removed the trims to clean the body surfaces, the air lovers of the side fender engine were changed to a design with five vents, the fuel cap had a body colour, a new replacement light design and new rally wheels were added. Small block cars retained the same bonnet from 1965, but large block cars had a unique hood of the '67, which featured a hood shovel and painted stripes. The interior had a new seat padding, a centre-mounted emergency brake and flat dashboard knobs. Seven different engines have been offered, ranging from 300 hp 327 cubic inch small block to a large block 427 cubic inch L-88 engine. Fully detailed 427ci. Engine with four-cylinder carburettor.
