Review: Great for patellar instability - I'm surprised that desertcart is showing this as a frequently returned item. I've had mine for 2 years and I love it. It's thick and soft and saves my knee caps. I have patellar instability and this prevents knee pain when I'm doing bird dog, donkey kick, etc. in mat Pilates class. I do clean it regularly with a damp cloth especially since I sometimes partially roll it to provide neck support. When it does wear out, I'll definitely replace it with another.

**Q: Does it have an odor?**
A: No. Not that I've noticed and I have been using it regularly for quite some time now. It helps with my knees and back.

**Q: In one section it says it's 24 X 10 and in another 14 x 10.  which is correct ?**
A: I just measured it to be sure.... It's 10 inches wide by 23 and 1/2 inches long. It fits across the mat almost perfectly. I love it. Use it for my knees and back.

**Q: Could this also double as a head mat?**
A: It could. It is thinker and somewhat less firm than a yoga mat though

I use this several times a week at yoga. I used to have a thick mat but it was hard to balance. I opted for this one for my knees only and it is much more convenient. It is much more comfortable on my knees and more convenient for toting to class. It was a bit expensive for what it is, but I am happy for the purchase.
