I got it, it worked okay, a little sensitive/problematic if you really push it to the limits (4k 120fps with hdr didnt work that well ) but otherwise worked quite okay for the price. However only after 2-3 months of use it fully stopped working and gave me a heart attack (I thought either my gpu or tv was broken and both cost 4 figures ) but “happily “ it was just the cable. Would not recommend, as build quality or/and quality control are quite bad even for the price that it it. Either buy good quality hdmi 2.0 for same/less money or spend quite a bit more but buy a proper certified quality hdmi 2.1. The in between doesn’t work :/

I recently purchased the GeoHN.G Fiber Optic HDMI Cable (24 ft) and am extremely satisfied with its performance. This is the 2nd one of these I've purchased, the first was a 7.5 metre for my projector and this 10 metre one gets my gaming PC in another room to my Tv. The 10 metre cable delivers 4k, HDR at 120hz to my AVR with zero signal lose. Highly recommend, optical HDMI is awesome.

It's a great 10m long cable. Can do 4k120 width HDR and VRR from my PC (Win10 NVIDIA 4070, HDMI 2.1 output port) to my TV (SAMSUNG The Frame, HDMI 2.1 input port), and there is no latency. I measured the latency by starting the "Frame skipping - for display overclocking" test on www.testufo.com, which lights up a new block on every frame. Set my monitor (over display port) and the TV (over HDMI) to the same 120Hz and "Duplicate these displays" setting, and then took a few pictures with my phone to see if they are showing the same or not. The TV is actually sometimes half a frame ahead of the monitor, but most of the time they are the same. This is the exact same result as I got before with a regular copper HDMI cable. I think the display port standard which needs to convert the video signal to packets actually introduces some latency versus an HDMI video signal. I cannot compare HDMI monitor to HDMI TV because my videocard only has one HDMI output. Anyway, the conversion to optical signal and back does not introduce any measurable difference vs a copper HDMI cable. Maybe with some special equipment you could measure it but I think its way below the milliseconds, probably in the micro or nanoseconds range.
