About my hair: it's very short and it's very fine. I don't use gel every day, but I do use it when I need my hair to look decent all day long. All that means that I take a loooooooooong time to use up a tube of gel. My original L'Oreal tube finally sputtered its last, and I ordered this. Everything on the tube was the same as the old tube, with some small color changes. Those reviewers who say that the gel has changed are using some other kind of gel. This is identical to my old tube. Holds well, stiffness goes away as soon as I blow dry it, and my hair looks nice all day. Reasonably priced. No odor stays on my hair.
