These fit great and much cheaper then the original ones the air purifier recommended. Will buy again, seems like good quality.

Used in a Germguardian air purifier. They fit well and seem to work. They do help keep odors down in the house. Comes with an extra charcoal filter, and the velcro strips holding the charcoal filter on are very good. If you vacuum the filter every 2 weeks and replace the charcoal filter at 6 weeks, these will last about 12 weeks. And that's with 2 dogs in the house.

On February 15, 2025, I installed the LT4825 Filter B True HEPA Replacement, compatible with my G-guardian Air Purifier Model AC4825. Although it was a slightly tight fit, I managed to install it without any issues. I've been using the filter for only 10 minutes so far, but if any issues arise, I'll be sure to update my review. As of now, I'm hoping this filter will help improve the air quality in my home by capturing allergens and particles as small as 0.1 microns.

CHANGE OF ORIGINAL REVIEW: **After I waited a while longer and held buttons the light turned green The filter does look slightly longer and wider than the original but you can get it to fit. So I would recommend as price is much better, a BETTER VALUE but in the future I would never buy a unit that did not have a washable filter. ORIGINAL::The filter was a little bit bigger than the original one and didn’t quite fit right but I could kind of force it in. I put it in and a new pre-filter and the light is still blinking red. I would not recommend. Both filters say they were the same size, same product numbers. I would not buy a unit that needs to replace filters rather than just wash them in the future

The efficacy and quality of this knock-off filter gets the job done. In my anecdotal experience, if I don’t run my Germ Guardian air purifier on during the night, I’ll wake up with nasal allergies. Using this filter and the genuine filter, they both eliminate my morning allergies. For quality, this substitute knock-off filter does what I need it to do. BUT, as you can see from my picture, in no way is the knock-off filter an equal. The genuine filter(left) easily has twice as many pleats in the filter compared to the substitute filter(right). Considering that more pleats equates to more surface area for trapping particles, I would say paying the premium for the genuine filter does have a benefit. To my understanding, more pleats would mean more effective filtering AND a longer life span than a filter with less pleats(this product). I also used the genuine and knock-off filter for roughly the same amount of time each(used until the red light blinked), and you can definitely see the genuine filter is MUCH less dirtier than the knock-off. And yes, the side of both filters pictured are ‘facing’ the same way for an equivalent comparison. Aside from the pleat issue, as other reviewers have said, this filter can be a really right fit and is cumbersome to install if you don’t push it in at just the right angle. Another minor thing to note is that the genuine filter has a hard plastic frame, while this filter has a cardboard frame. I’m sure this has no effect on the filtering quality of either product, but it is another measure that the genuine filter has a higher build quality. I decided to give 4 stars because I feel the product is a bit misleading to advertise that it could be an equivalent product to the genuine filter when there’s clearly a noticeable difference in the pleat design. I’m aware that the knock-off costs half as much as the genuine, per filter, but I would say the genuine filter’s cost premium does have merit regarding a higher quality

These are great filter replacements for my Germguardian! I’ve been using my 2 Germguardians for over 4 years and I love them!! I really researched about this air purifier and believe me they’re wonderful and they work great! These replacements may not be the name brand but they’re just as good…maybe better, and I get 2 hepa filters and 6 activated charcoal pre filters for $5 less than 1 of its name brand replacements. I’m on a tight senior budget, but I make my filters last a little longer by vacuuming the carbon filter at least once a week for a month maybe more before I use a new carbon pre filter on the hepa filter. I only have to replace mine 2x a year and I feel great knowing my air in my home is constantly being filtered. From my pic looking from the left you see a brand new hepa and the used one that needs replacing, next to those, one dirty carbon pre filter that I’d vacuumed many times and then the new one I’ll attach to the new hepa. These are a bargain, and they’re of great quality. This was my 7th order now and I’ll continue buying them as long as they’re for sale. *Something else to note is that I bought the ASURIAN insurance contract for $6 for an extra 4 years coverage after Amazon’s 1 year for my machines. I did need to use it once, when one of the lights on the unit itself quit working. They sent a brand new Germguardian. Lastly, both my units have been running continuously this entire time. 5/++ ⭐️‘s for the Germguardian and these replacement filters. You’ve got to get one for your home, you’ll love it too.
