Deep Clean, Scrub Free Cleanser for Espro Press Filters with 1 tbsp. Scoop

This stuff works surprisingly well, I used it to clean a tea brew basket that was badly stained after several years of use and now it looks like new!I wish I had also taken before and after pictures of the filter in my travel press which also came out looking almost like new. The gasket on it didn't return to it's original color but the mesh in the filters cleaned out completely.

I was put off by the price of this so initially had tried other methods of cleaning my Espro coffee filters. Finally I decided that all that time I was putting into the cleaning and just getting nominal results, I'd give this cleaner a try. Wow - it really works. Would like to give this review 5 stars based on the results. But have dinged a star off for no transparency in what chemicals are in this product; that disturbs me -- I couldn't find that out from any of the product specs and had banked on seeing more details when I received the actual product. I thought it was a law! I have rinsed really really good after using, but am still concerned. So the jury is out as to whether I will continue to use.

I didn't know this existed, but now that I have some, I'll never be without.
