It is not weatherproof or resistant so if you hung it outdoors it should be well within a protected space. It is not designed to be an outdoor item.

Q: What are the dementions?

This item was delivered broken. A piece of the starfish was missing.

Q: One of the pictures shows more teals than dark blues but the pics from reviews show dark blue did anyone get any teal or turquoise colors?

Yes. It starts at the top with a pale turquoise, then gets to more of an aqua. The word "Happy" is on a bluish plank; and "Place" is darker grayish teal. All colors!
