My mom was only 90 pounds and this was the perfect size for her. This design is by far the one I'm most partial to, after trying so many other bulky/round bottomed bed pans.•~•~•~•SIDE NOTE: While not its intended purpose, this thing is perfect for traveling with kids! Finding a bathroom during COVID left everyone seeking alternatives. We opted for using a plastic drink cup, which worked for our son, but wasn't as practical for our daughter. With this, you just slide it under them in their car seat/booster. The handle and the flat bottom of this bed pan ensures stability and prevents spills. With the handle, even kids can carry it to dump it out.

Very practical

This fracture bedpan has a somewhat small opening--much smaller than a standard round bedpan, making it difficult to place patient on the pan, especially if the patient cannot roll easily. When trying to place the pan in the correct position, I pushed on handle and it snapped right in the middle. As my husband has great difficulty rolling onto the pan and cannot lift his left side, the small opening makes placement difficult. However, if a person is able to lift themself onto the pan, or has ability to roll onto the pan and position themself over the opening, I would recommend it.

So easy to use, not necessarily for large people, I’m 5’7”, 165 lbs, have had hip surgery, arthritic hands, but I can still manipulate this bed pan So nice not to have to trek to toilet.

Other reviewers have noted that this item is small. It is small, but that is not our issue. The sides are narrow and hard so we are going to replace this with a sturdy metal bed pan that will be more comfortable. This is not comfortable at all.

I am a petite female and this fits me perfect!!! Comfortable. No leakage.
