Amazing spagnum which is great for moss poles

Ordered 10 kg dried moss to make moss poles for my exotic aroids. Good quality, value for money.

The moss is coarse and has a lot of debris and dirt. Important to wash thoroughly before use. Will probably work well enough for less sensitive orchids and nepenthes plants, but best not to use for smaller carnivorous plants and seedlings.Note: This is NOT sphagnum moss. It is some kind of forest moss.

It's like steroids for plants . All the sensitive plants I have are thriving now

This is an extremely low quality moss. Firstly it's not sphagnum Moss.. It's a mix of many mosses.. When I opened the package, it smelled so very bad, like something was rotten. It did not smell like moss. Then amount of crap mixed with it is simply speechless. It's 40% moss, 60% dirt. I cannot believe how there is no regulation and amazon is allowing such things..It's not ideal for carnivorous plants because the dirty moss mix will increase dissolved tds in water and will somehow damage your plant.I would suggest to not buy this. It's not value for money.

Value for money has lot of impurities like dried leaves and twigs otherwise a good product
