Easy to use, takes a little practice, works great
I'm not going to include any photos because there are many other reviewers that did. But little ear camera is a game changer. It does take a little bit of getting used to, as other reviewers said, but if you move slowly and don't get frustrated it works great. The little scoop on the end will pick up a minimal amount of wax buildup or you can remove it and use one of the tools. Please note, when you are using the tools that are provided, which are very helpful, you cannot see what you are doing. You will have to put them in your ear canal and try to remove what you can and then go back in with the camera. The tools and the camera are very easy to clean and I just store everything back in the packaging that it came in. It is lightweight and small enough that I can stick it in a drawer for when I need it. It charged quickly and appears to hold a charge pretty well. You do need to download their app in order to look at the camera but you can do it in real time holding your phone. I also like that you can use it anywhere. Obviously if you are cleaning a bunch of gunk out of your ear you probably want to be in your bathroom but if you just needed to look inside for a moment you can do it from the comfort of your couch or your bed. It makes it feel less clinical.I bought this because I was having crackling in my ears and wasn't sure what was going on and this thing was a game changer to help me clean them myself so that I didn't have to visit the doctor. So much less stress.

It works with no hiccups to the camera feed
I purchased this to help with my ears which ive had issues with for years (impaction) . Ive run to the ER before because of these issues but since I've started using this device I no longer get stuck days on end until I have money saved up for an ER visit (impacted wax is one of the ugliest feelings to have and for me was unbearable). Its helped cleaning my ears safer and effective (i used to use a bobby pin which is very bad but I would use them out of desperation). Now im able to do it myself at home. However, its important to note to be extremely careful using it because yes I have had an issue where irritation occurred. And I have had concerns with the cushion on the tip coming off by accident (However it hasnt happened yet)Just make sure the cushion is secure and the tip is screwed on securely. And make sure to not go too deep. Id recommend to familiarize yourself with how deep the ear canal goes and how the eardrum looks. The device connects via its own wifi signal and also an app. The app worked well on the S25 and I didnt have any issues where the camera glitched, its been a smooth connection and easy to connect.Overall, it is a great product but you do want to use it with care and take your time.

BEST PRODUCT EVER
This thing is AMAZING! DO NOT pay a copay to go get an ear lavage at a doctor's office! Coming from someone who works at an urgent care & does this very often, this tool is absolutely PERFECT! When I clean patients ears, I do it blind. I have no other choice. Continously asking the patient if they are in pain or uncomfortable. This tool allows you to safely do it yourself. Save your money. Save your time. The camera allows you to see it for yourself, angle the scooper & get the wax out in a perfect clump as opposed to an ear lavage at a doctor's office that could take 45 min- 1hr. & sometimes doesn't even work. We have to send patients home with a prescription for debrox to soften & come back. & pay ANOTHER copay! I took a hot shower & cleaned both of my ears out in under 10 min. EXCELLENT PRICE & RESULTS! 100% recommend!

Clear camera view and useful kit, but takes practice
Review:This ear cleaning tool is a helpful alternative to traditional methods, especially with the built-in camera. The video quality is clear, which makes it much easier to see what you are doing. The camera is the main feature and works well, but using the tool does take a bit of adjustment. You do need to connect to the device through WiFi using your phone and the app, which adds an extra step before use. The inner ear is sensitive, so it can feel slightly uncomfortable at first.I have uploaded a video which should give a good idea of how it works in real use. The video shows what the device and contents look like, how to connect to the app, and what the camera view looks like inside the ear (DISCLAIMER: please be warned that it is not a pleasant view inside an ear canal).Pros:Clear camera with good visibilityConnects to phone for real-time viewingMultiple attachments includedExtra small tools for manual cleaningIncludes additional covers for the otoscopeRechargeable and convenientCons:Requires connecting through WiFi and using an appCan feel slightly uncomfortable due to sensitivity of the ear canalTakes some practice to use confidentlyOverall:A useful and well-equipped tool, especially once you get used to using it safely.

I have seen things I cannot unsee
I bought this because apparently curiosity and personal hygiene are a dangerous combination. The camera quality is disturbingly good.Honey, I was not emotionally prepared to tour the inside of my own ear canal in HD.Setup was easy, the picture was clear, and being able to actually see what you’re doing is much better than blindly poking around and hoping for the best.Did it work? Yes.Did I spend the next 20 minutes inspecting both ears like I had suddenly become a tiny ENT specialist? Also yes. There are some parts of the human body that were never meant to become entertainment, and yet here we are.Five stars.

Pretty cool. Needs some app improvements
This is a pretty cool wax removal tool and also the most intimate family bonding experience I didn’t think I needed. .First of all, my kids LOVE it. They are absolutely thrilled to peer deep into my ear canals like they’re on a National Geographic expedition. Nothing humbles you faster than your child yelling, “WOW that’s GROSS” while holding your phone. It’s a bit tricky to get used to, especially doing it on yourself. You think it’ll be easy, but suddenly you’re cross-eyed, holding your head at a weird angle, and questioning all your life choices.Downsides: the light gets HOT after a while. Like, “is my ear cooking?” hot. Also, the app disconnects constantly. Even when it is connected, it’ll randomly stop working and force you to close the app and restart mid-dig. Super annoying when you’re already elbow-deep in your own ear business.Overall: cool concept, entertaining for the whole family, mildly dangerous-feeling, and technologically temperamental. Would recommend if you enjoy gadgets, chaos, and discovering things about your ears you can never unsee.

Use caution when you use this items
This works very well if you have someone to do it for you. Otherwise I wouldn't put anything in my ear that can could damage my ear drum. All I know it works well when my wife used it for me

Gamer changer for cleaning ears!
Great tool! I've been using this for 2 weeks now and boy has this tool been a game changer! The camera is so clear. I can see where all the gunk is and clean it out throughly. The connection to the app is surpringly easy and great. I've only been using the blue silicon tips but so far that is the only attachment I feel I need to get a good clean ear. Do have to be careful not to tug on it too hard. There has been times where I pull on it too hard when removing the ear wax with a tissue and the silicon tip pulls out a bit with it or completely comes off and needs to be put back on.
