I was a little skeptical about the use of these glasses but I've been wearing them a couple of weeks now & my eyestrain has reduced & I feel I have improved sleep. Definitely recommended at this point.

The orange tint is very strong, I wear these at night time before bed to limit any blue light in my eyes. They work great but can be quite uncomfortable on the bridge of my nose

I feel these are a gimmick, I am not a huge fan of the design they give Ali G vibes. You of course see everything in red when wearing them which is strange to get used to. Quality is satisfactory for the price and they are nice and light on the face. I don’t feel they have helped with eye strain, I sit at a computer all day and just find the red view distracting more than anything but the fit is fine. They get kept in my desk drawer and they haven’t scratched up or anything, I just don’t like the view when wearing them.

These glasses have genuinely made a difference for me. Since starting to wear them while working on my computer, watching TV, or just doom scrolling, I’ve noticed better concentration, fewer headaches, and much improved sleep — all things I struggled with before. They do what they promise: reduce eye fatigue and help take the edge off long screen sessions. While the build quality and styling aren’t top-tier (they feel a bit light and the look is pretty basic), the comfort and benefits far outweigh the minor cosmetic and material issues. If you’re battling eye strain or restless sleep from screen time, I’d still highly recommend these — they work well and deliver results you can feel.

Compré estas gafas con lentes rojas para usar por la noche y estoy muy contenta con el resultado. Las utilizo una o dos horas antes de acostarme cuando estoy viendo la televisión o usando el móvil, y noto que mis ojos se cansan menos. Además, me ayudan a crear una rutina más relajante antes de dormir. Las gafas son cómodas, ligeras y bloquean muy bien la luz azul de las pantallas y la iluminación artificial. Desde que las uso, siento que me resulta más fácil desconectar al final del día y prepararme para dormir. Sin duda, una buena compra para quienes pasan tiempo delante de pantallas por la noche y quieren cuidar su descanso.

I wear them at night to cut down on the harsh color of LED headlights. It does make everything look a little yellow, like the color grading they use in movies to show that you're in the desert, but does make night driving much more pleasant. They fit just like regular glasses, and they're made of a lightweight plastic (that has it's own pros and cons). I recommend them for casual use!
