Too big for women with small feet. Sizing is not right. Good socks. Gave them to my husband

Pretty good socks, I suppose. It's hard to find ANY socks made from cotton, and these are 90% cotton. They're non-offensive to the eyes, but not exatly appropriate as formalwear because they look a little cheap. SUPER comfy, tho. The cotton is very thin - these socks lasted no more than a year. I be buyin' them again, tho, cause they're so comfy.

I wear a 7 - 7 1/2 size women's shoe and I ordered size 9-11 black socks. The first time I wore a pair, I had issues with the sock pulling on my toes and couldn't figure out why. I assumed I had not gotten my heel into the heel of the sock properly. The next time, I got the socks on properly but had issues with the seam. I was not obtrusive but kept twisting to the side. Since it sits on the top of the foot, it was occasionally rubbing even thought I had sandals on. When I pulled of one shoe to straighten the sock, I realized that the heel of the sock, barely stretched to cover the heel of my foot and the sock because it was so loose (think tube sock) it kept twisting. The socks are useless to me. I really wanted black socks too. They were thick enough for me, did not seem to have compression which was what I needed, but the fit was all wrong. I cannot recommend them to anyone who is not willing to experiment to get the correct size.

Loose fitting and a bit flimsy, but that is the inherent nature of the product for its intended use. Yes, you will have to replace it often as it not a durable product.
