How much water, on average, does one load of laundry take?

I don't know but mine came used with water swishing around and it was cracked on the side. There's cosmetic scuffs from shipping as well. Now I've gotta figure out returning and boxing it up. Grrrrrrrrr.

I choose one program and press power on while the washing machine does not start working immediately, what should I do?

You should look at whether the washing machine is in the immersion mode, as this washer will only work when it is in the immersion mode. Also, check if it reaches the corresponding water level. Hope it will work.

Is the drainage cord longer or do I have to purchase a longer drainage cord?

It’s not long enough to stick inside the drain, so you may want to buy a longer one. Washes great though.
