I’ve been using this consistently and it’s legit. It mixes very easily—no clumps at all, even with just a shaker. I take two scoops about 20–30 minutes before my workout, and the pumps are absolutely crazy. Muscles feel full, tight, and hydrated throughout the entire session. What I really like is that it gives insane pumps without stimulants, so no jitters or crash. Endurance feels better, strength stays consistent, and I don’t get stomach issues or bloating. honestly, I wasn't expecting much from this product and I didn't do a lot of study about glycerol, but the pumps are insane. Definitely, worth the money as I am almost halfway through this batch, definitely need more preworkout to take along with this and for sure I feel stronger and everything feels pumped than usual. I was able to break through my PR for pretty much almost every body part and to achieve hypertrophy this gets you that tightness. Make sure you take the right amount or slowly build up your dosages cause having double the amount all of a sudden can get you some bathroom situations. Also, make sure you drink a ton of water and be prepared to go multiple trips to the bathroom to flush it out lol. overall great product would definitely buy again.

Couldnt walk after pump. Would train with it again 10/10

I use it with GM lightning & definitely get better pumps than with GM lightning alone. I do drink a lot of water with it as instructed & when I didn't my stomach felt it.

This stuff works. Just too expensive when there are way cheaper alternatives.
