Great for traveling, gym, ect
These are great if youre gonna be traveling. I prefer the bottles, BUT, the powder works great too. Sometimes it can taste like powdered vitamins. They mix up well, dont clump up.

Mixes easily, tastes great, goes down easy. I use these powders to stay hydrated on long bike ride and runs. They were giving these away on the Five Boro Bike Tour this year, I was impressed with the taste and now I'm a customer.Electrolytes are hydroscopic, this means they readily absorb moisture from the air. If you want to keep your packets from clumping, store them in a sealed plastic bag
