There is no moisture to it. It wouldn’t do much dragged across my laptop, but that depends what kind of laptop screen you have. It’s for touch screens. **Q: Do you use this with a cleaning spray or does the fabric alone clean the surface?** A: This does not need any cleaning fluid. It works on its own. **Q: R these pads replaceable** A: Yes, when you need to replace them Google the item or go to their website. Because I didn’t know if I was going to be able to find more I purchased 2 sets. I think I paid about $20 total. They were supposed to be in sets of 2. I just recently replaced one because I got something greasy on my phone and realized I cleaned it with this. That’s when I discovered one of the 2 pack kits only had one in them. But I can’t say for certain I bought directly from the company I just bought from the cheapest site. That was last year. As long as you never get anything greasy on your phone you probably won’t ever need to replace it. I just always like to have a back up when I find something I like.
