I wanted this bed so bad. I waited and waited until finally I got into the new house and I bought it and I’m so disappointed. That color is not the color that showed up. The one that came was basically unfinished plain plywood. I kept getting splinters while putting it together and thought I could maybe just sand some of it down myself after I finished building it but the more I put it together, the more splinters and rough wood I found and I realized there’s no way I’m leaving my baby around this. I didn’t even want her touching it as I was putting it together. Unfortunately, just not safe to have in a child’s room. Maybe the painted one would be coated better but the “natural wood” one is a no go. But also, there were smears of what looked like yellow wood fill? Or wood glue? I don’t know. But it was just another reason to return it.

The natural wood color is beautiful and looks so pretty. Keeps my child safe and secure.

Not impressed. The wood was very beat up. Some of it split while screwing in the hardware. Only half of the pieces came marked, so it was a guessing game when assembling the bed. Wood is all different shades and had discoloration. I’d send it back if it wasn’t already assembled. Also does not come with slats for under the mattress, and honestly it needs them.

I pre ordered this time and waited a couple months to get it. I was still so excited. I then waiting longer to open it, for us to move into our new home. There aren’t many “tall wall” floor beds with an open door like this one. It looses 1 star for not being the color I picked. I picked the one in the main photo which is a like a tan stain and what I got was more “unfinished” wood look. It doesn’t look stained at all. And it looses 1 star for the long side with the door being wobbly by the entrance. I didn’t experience missing or broken parts like others so I’m still able to use the bed.

Solid bed. Easy to put together. LOVE the rounded edges/corners!

The bed came with a couple broken pieces and not everything lines up but I was able to still get it to work. Assembly took much longer than I thought, just shy of 3 hours doing it alone.

Broke within one week. I loved the look of the tall sides but the wood on this is no thin and cannot support the taller wall. The frame was not cheap, so I really expected it to be sturdier. Don’t forfeit steadiness for the look of this frame. Spend your money elsewhere.

Didn’t come with all the pieces, half the wood had black marks and some of the wood pegs where none existing. Also the brown color is not that dark stain looking color it’s very light
