Had this book years ago. Gifted to someone just starting with the Tarot. Bought it to replace that one. I highly recommend this to new readers. It's big and in color. Easy to look up and find meanings. Easy to read and great for reference.

Absolutely love it !! Very informative - it provides the background and explaining the meaning of each cards in great details under different columns. Very easy to understand. I'm surprised it includes the reverse meaning as well! It covers the basics you need to know as well as the reflections of each card :)I'm so happy it is not black-and-white because I'm a visual person :)It has so many spreads to try out and I gain so much insights from this book! For example the chakra spread, I never knew about it and I have never thought that it could be applied to tarot as well! It promotes the users to think outside the box and be creative. This is very important when it comes to the readings. It is the best guide to Tarot and I do not think I need another guide after all. I have 3 guides at home before thinking about buying this one and I didn't expect too much from it.The reason for buying this book is I felt like I have not learnt a lot from those books. They all focused on the meanings and did not really "guide" you on how to read the cards. I felt stuck and that was the reason why I have stopped playing tarot for some time now ... until I got a feeling that I need to pick that up again and now I feel so blessed to have this guide with me!Highly recommended for everyone!
