Canson Artistシリーズ ペーパートレースパッド、ホワイト。

I bought a different brand; it was very hard to trace over as I couldn’t see the sketch I was tracing very clearly. The teacher gave me a sheet of her Canson and it was an incredible difference, almost like the paper wasn’t there!

Nice quality tracing paper. Very easy to see the design underneath. I recommend this over others.

I bought the 9” x 12” Canson Artist Series tracing paper. The transparency is excellent. But the pad came warped possibly due to moisture. The sheets are wavy and the backing board is curved. I wish they had remained flat. I also bought Crehatos tracing paper 9“ x 12“ and the transparency is identical to the Canson. I tried both of them next to each other over the same artwork and the clarity is exactly the same. The Crehatos tracing paper is three dollars cheaper, came sealed in cellophane wrapping, includes 75 sheets instead of Canon‘s 50 sheets, and is a little weightier at 38 lb. versus the Canson’s 30 lb. The smooth surface texture feels the same between the two brands. Both have an exceptional clarity. I would keep both pads as they are both excellent in terms of transparency, but I’m going to return the Canson pad due to warpage.

I like the tracing paper.
