Best robot I’ve owned!
I had never heard of this brand before, but in comparison to my Roborock that broke in 6 months, it is so much better! I have had so few issues with it getting stuck too! It cleans up my cats litter that gets dragged very well. Super recommend this!

Gets the dog hair
Does a decent but not great job. I have a near-grassless back yard so dirt traffic is high with 2 active boys and 2 dogs. It picks up roughly 90% of the dirt and 100% of the dog hair (lots of it). I cannot skip a day (was late to adopt setting a schedule), else the dog will clog it.

Great Robotic Vacuum
This vacuum is awesome. I have dogs and this vacuum takes care of fur in no time. I will say that the mop feature really did not work for me. It takes a bit to set up and it is not fast but does a great job I am glad I bought it.

It was so so.
Didn't empty very well. a lot of dust and dirt around the charger. mop was streaky. My old husky pooped in the house and the vacuum ran over the poop and drug it all over the house. I couldn't get it clean and had to throw away. Tried to find a replacement, it said not available any more. Also, would just stop mid clean cycle even though it had a charge.

He's my best friend
This has given me back the peace of mind that comes with daily cleaning. Before, I had to clean every day; now I only do it once a week because this device has been my best ally in keeping my house clean.

Crappy company.
Do not buy! After a few months the company locked you out of the app unless you agreed to their new terms of service. OF COURSE, they would be data mining and selling your information according to the new terms. If you refused permission, you will not get access to the app which controls the majority of features. You can only start/stop without the app.
