OS WINDOWS 10 NOT SUPPORTED
The struggle is real for returning this product, it looks like is amazing printer, I don't doubted it. But I have OS Windows 10 and it drivers are not compatible with it. Sorry for rating it with one star, but it required to be rated before submitting the comment.
