ASL Solutions Foam (Styro/EPS) Insulated Dog Palace, Standard, Brown

It's wonderful, just as described by others. Wish we had it years ago, for previous dogs. Arrived very quickly, easy to put together. So glad we got the large - 2 big boxers getting used to it. Unlike some, we've had no trouble moving in around. Put in large insulated cushion & their fluffy blanket. (Its 12 degrees here and only Nov!) They only have to be out when we are both gone, but one is crate-phobic & we weren't sure if he'd adjust, but they are using it gratefully! Haven't found any problems. Some photos show milky plastic in the "window" plastic, front and back. Some show clear. Ours is cloudy, and I wish it were clear for them to see out, but maybe they don't care.

This was very easy to assemble with two people. My dog figured the door out quickly bu putting a treat inside for her to get. Looks and feels sturdy once assembled. It is a very tall dog house but it's made for a large dog. I recommend this product if it is close to your price range.

I bought this doghouse in 2015 for my 5 small dogs to be in during the daytime while we work and on a few evenings a year, and it still looks as good as the day it arrived. We also bought an electric warming pad for the floor, and I installed a small fluorescent light on the ceiling because one of my dogs is afraid of the dark.None of my dogs could figure out the door and they would choose their old non-insulated dog house over trying to push through the insulated door. So I had to take it off and replace it with a see through flexible plastic flap. It's not as insulated like the original door was, but when I feel inside on really cold and icy days, it's still nice and cozy. I even put a thermometer inside it to make sure my dogs would be ok on an especially cold day, and was happy to see it was 68 degrees in there while it was 9 degrees outside.The bottom of the door is quite high, so I built a ramp up to it so my tiny armed dachshunds could easily climb in. We don't have a big dog, but it easily holds 5 dogs that are around 15 pounds each. I highly recommend this to keep your dogs cozy and safe in the winter!

I'm glad that I got this for my dog. He started using it immediately. I would strongly recommend that you get a second person to help you set it up. I also plan on strapping mine down,in case of really bad weather.

The xl dog palace fits both our labs. It is made well and will keep them warm when they are outdoors. Love

Took a bit to get our dog to get in this doghouse, but he now uses it often. I did use silicon to help bind it together a little better as we do get strong winds. So far happy with this purchase. Insulation makes a huge difference from other doghouses.

This is a great doghouse, although just so you know, you will need two people to help you hold the pieces up while you put it together. My son tried to do it alone for the first hour and every time you held one piece of the other one fell down and there is no way unless you have 12 foot arms that you’ll be able to screw in and hold the sides up alone.

The dog house arrived with the wrong hardware. I contacted the company and they said I would have to ship the entire dog house back. They could not just ship out the hardware. They did credit my account for $30. I kept the dog house and did get my own hardware. The insulation is blown in and some does fall out in the box. It is relatively easy to put together by yourself, but it goes better with a second set of hands to help hold walls when putting together. It is decent, but overpriced for the quality.
