Best choice for Verison at this time
The phone is a Nokia solid product. Have the official upgrade to Windows Mobile 10 installed and with the latest update it runs great. There was a little battery drain issue at first but has gotten much better since the update and making a few adjustments to the background apps that are running. Many of the apps I'm allowing windows to manage them in the back ground and seems to work well. The one thing I notice is the volume is not as loud as my previous Lumia 928. Even with the volume on 10 sometimes I don't here it. I'm using the Trident Cyclops Case not sure if this has anything to do with the volume issue.Overall I would say this is a good purchase for now, as the options on Verizon are well pretty much 0 as far as Windows Phones go. So hopeful for the future of Windows Phone with Verizon with some new options in the future.

Excellent Phone with a Superior Camera
I've had this Nokia Lumia Icon for almost 2 years. Bought it in Like New condition and it's been nothing but great. So great in fact, that I bought it with the intention of using it for around 6-8 months before switching platforms, but here I am still with it 2 years later. I previously had a Lumia 822 then a Lumia 928. I dropped my 928 and cracked the screen somewhat and had to make a decision to stay with Windows or go Android or Apple. I decided to stay with Windows obviously and was choosing between the 735 and the Icon. The only advantage of the 735 was that it had visual voicemail. I sacrificed that after much debate and it was the right decision as that has proved to be only a minor annoyance and I got the superior screen and camera by going with the Icon. This Icon has been a dream. My favorite of the Windows Phones I've owned (and I loved my 928 so that wasn't an easy task). It has worked great, has better battery life two years in than other phones I've owned, and has had very, very few problems during the time I've owned it. Even now, in summer of 2018, it still takes fantastic photos where I have friends and family (almost exclusively iPhone owners) asking me to take pictures at a party or event with my phone because mine always come out the best of the group. Seriously, the camera is that good and I have taken some amazing photos and videos with it. It's set the bar very high for future phone cameras. It's a shame I can't move to some new Windows phone, but I've enjoyed it while it lasted. Working around the app situation isn't as bad as tech media would have you believe, it can be annoying at times, but not so much that I've ever regretted being on Windows. I think it's going to be hard to beat this phone for me when I look back. I feel like I'll be talking about it 10 years from now as one of my all time faves.

If you love your Lumia 735, keep it. I prefered it over the 929.
I loved my Lumina 735, It ran Windows 10 better and more reliably without random reboots, took better photos despite lower MP camera, took the photos faster, had about 1.5x the battery life despite smaller battery. Those pros outweighed the Lumina 929's faster CPU and more ram.

Great for low vision customers
I love Windows Phones. This phone feels very sturdy. The camera is pretty good and my favorite feature is the camera button on the side -so no need to unlock your screen to take a picture! The screen lighting also adjusts automatically-very helpful. Windows phone are much more accessible when it comes to screen and keyboard magnification, so if you have low vision or are legally blind, I highly recommend this kind of phone. I would also say it's very easy for elderly customers because the tiles can be sized as big as you want and it is a very simple phone to use.

responsive, good graphics, large enough without being too bulky
Great phone, very intuitive, haven't even installed "Cortana" yet...Quick interface, great screen quality, customized start screen is great. My windows phones have always used significantly less data than my previous android versions. Phone is large enough without being bulky. Have my Office mobile apps and everything I need. Would recommend this phone

Not giving up on Windows Phone just yet.
Verizon has pretty much given up on Windows phone. I am not ready to surrender just yet. I needed a new phone and found this one, a step up from my old 928. If you are a Windows phone fan, this is a great phone. This will tide me over until Microsoft comes up with something new or the platform is just completely abandoned. Then, I'll have to make some decisions.

Extremely disappointed. This phone can't receive group texts or pictures
Extremely disappointed. This phone can't receive group texts or pictures. It's all right, but only buy it if you don't want group texts and pictures. It leaves you disconnected from a big part of normal activity with family and friends.

Love this phone
With a Bluetooth earpiece or connected to my truck entertainment center, this is the one. It will tell me who is calling, take dictation for a text, or read a received text. Great stuff!!! I have used an IPhone, hated it, and an android and neither can hold a match to this phone. I can access My Cloud, and my music, and no fees.
