This toothpaste is a gentle mint no where near the strong OTC tastes. Those burn my mouth. MC toothpaste requires a small amount to clean the whole mouth and I bought this last year and it is as fresh as the first tube. Each tube has foil sealing the toothpaste and its easily removed by an adult. I've had no cavities since I've been using it. I get 7+ days of use per tube of paste. You just have the seal to remove. I hate the outrageous price of eighty dollars. It was half the price last yearI put it on my Christmas list.

Makes mouth feel fresh for over 24 hours
I was just in the hospital and used ME Premium toothpaste there. It left my mouth fresh for over 24 hours and tastes great. I'm disappointed I can't buy it in a quantity to use at home.
