Very good product but tasteless any way I can lift more waits than before so I will buy the bigger one next time

I’ve used a lot of Creatine powders over the years. Does have a gritty texture. But this one. I always notice a significant difference in size and strength compared to others.

Good, no problem at stomach how usule all talk , just what i finished my first week of it .

‘Powder’ doesn’t dissolve in water, more like sand granules. Haven’t had any adverse effects whilst using it. So in general not a bad product.

It's really good but it tastes kinda like iron but that's because it's unflavoured anyways it worth it

Dieses Kreatin Monohydrat ist sehr feinkörnig und dürfte keine Beschwerden verursachen. Geschmacklich ist es sehr bitter. Nach ca. 4-6 Wochen regelmäßiger Einnahme traten bei mir die gewünschten Effekte auf, die ich in dieser Rezension aber nicht ansprechen werde. An sich ein sehr qualitatives Produkt mit einem einzigen Kritikpunkt: Der Dosierungshinweis auf der Rückseite entspricht nicht den offiziellen Richtlinien! Bitte beachten Sie, dass der menschliche Organismus nicht mehr als ca. 5 Gramm / Tag verarbeiten kann. Dosierungen, die weit über diesem Wert liegen, könnten Magen- und Verdauungsbeschwerden verursachen. Da ich von diesem Produkt überzeugt bin, bewerte ich dieses Kreatin mit 5 Sternen, auch wenn falsche Hinweise gegeben werden. Ich bin überzeugt, dass man solche Nahrungsergänzungsmittel erst erwerben sollte, wenn das nötige Know-How und Trainingserfahrung vorhanden sind. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Produkt mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Scitec Una marca de confianza. La creatina es muy buena, no tiene sabor y la uso para ganar fuerza+resistencia. En mi caso siempre uso esta marca de productos porque me funciona muy bien. Combino creatina + beta alanina también scitec y es una conbinación explosiva. Soy ciclista y noto como aguanto más los tirones sin la sensación de quemazón de las piernas

Il fatto che costi poco non significa affatto che sia di scarsa qualità. Io che ho problemi intestinali non ho risocontrato alcun problema durante la fase di carico (sono un infermiere e conosco proprietà e farmacodinamica degli intergratori) . Io la assumo con succo di mela ed un pò di acqua tiepida e si scioglie abbastanza bene. A chi dice che sono migliori le creatine : CREATINA MALATO. CREATINA GLUCONATO. CREATINA HCL. TRICREATINA MALATO. TRICREATINA OROTATO. CREATINA PIRUVATO...posso solamente dire che state buttando via soldi e tempo. La microcristallina è facilmente digeribile e la sua biodisponibilità dopo l'assunzione è del 80-90% quindi sufficiente per lo scopo per la quale la si assume. per chi avesse dubbi consoglio la lettuta di un articol esaustivo scritto da un medico nutrizionista: Enrico Arcelli.
